We collect very little, and the plugin sends us nothing.
This covers both this website and the Sale Drawer plugins. The short version: your store’s data stays in your store.
The plugin
- Sale Drawer reads prices, stock and sale dates live from your WooCommerce database. It never copies them anywhere else and never sends them to us.
- Shopper-side state (whether the drawer was dismissed this session) is kept in the shopper’s own browser storage, not on a server.
- Pro email alerts store subscriber addresses in your WordPress database. You own the list; it is never shared with us. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
- Pro analytics record impressions, opens, clicks and attributed orders in your database. If you enable GA4/GTM forwarding, events go to your own Google account under Google’s terms.
- Licensing and updates are handled by Freemius, our reseller. License activation sends your site URL, plugin version and license key to Freemius so Pro can be verified and updated. If you opt in during activation, Freemius also collects anonymous usage data; you can opt out at any time from the plugin’s account page. Nothing about your products, orders or customers is sent.
This website
- We don’t run analytics or tracking scripts on this site. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, browser) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
- Checkout is processed by Freemius, who act as the merchant of record. Your name, email, billing country and payment details go to Freemius and their payment processors — not to our servers. Freemius’s privacy policy applies to that data.
- The live demo drawer on this site remembers that you closed it, in your browser’s session storage only. It clears when you close the tab. This site sets no cookies of its own.
- We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or buy lists.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email [email protected]. For purchase records, you can also use your Freemius account directly. We answer within 30 days.
Terms of service
Plain-language terms for the free plugin and Sale Drawer Pro. By installing or buying, you agree to them.
1. The free plugin
Sale Drawer for WooCommerce is licensed under the GPL-2.0-or-later. You may use, modify and redistribute it under that license. It is provided as-is, without warranty.
2. Sale Drawer Pro licenses
A Pro license is an annual subscription that unlocks Pro features, updates and support on the number of sites in your plan (1, 3 or 10). A site is any WordPress install where the license is activated; staging and local development sites do not count toward the limit. You may move a license between sites by deactivating it on one and activating it on another.
3. Billing and renewal
Plans are billed yearly in USD through Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your Freemius account; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Upgrades between tiers are prorated. Prices may change, but never mid-term — a change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will email you first.
4. When a license lapses
Pro features pause. The free plugin, your drawer and all of your settings keep working. Renew later and Pro picks up where it left off.
5. Support and updates
Pro includes email support and updates for the subscription term. Free plugin support is provided by email as time allows; Pro license holders get priority. We do not guarantee response times or compatibility with every third-party theme or plugin.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t resell, share or publish license keys, and don’t use the email-alerts feature to send mail to people who did not subscribe through your store. We may suspend licenses used to send unsolicited email.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the plugins or this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not responsible for lost sales, data or revenue.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to license holders. Questions: [email protected].

If Sale Drawer Pro isn’t earning its keep within 14 days of purchase, reply to your receipt and we’ll refund it in full — no forms, no exit interview.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method via Freemius, usually within 5–10 business days.
- The license is deactivated when the refund is issued. The free plugin and your settings keep working.
- Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date on the same terms.
- The free plugin costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund — just deactivate it.
