By default the drawer shows every product on sale. These settings let you merchandise when you want more control.
Promote all vs. hand-pick#
- Promote all (default) — every product WooCommerce considers on sale appears automatically.
- Hand-pick — only the products you select appear, and only while they are actually on sale. A hand-picked product whose sale ends leaves the drawer on its own.
Pin to top, sort and cap#
Pin your strongest offers so they always show first. Everything else follows your sort order — biggest discount, biggest saving, newest, best-selling or price — and you can cap the number of items so the drawer stays focused (for example, the top 12 deals).
Drawer Order view#
The Drawer Order view lists exactly what shoppers will see right now, in order, with live prices. Use it to sanity-check a sale before it starts, and to spot products that are missing images or have an unexpectedly small discount.
Excluding products#
Exclude individual products — gift cards, clearance lines or items with MAP pricing rules — and they will never appear, even while on sale. Out-of-stock products follow your WooCommerce stock settings: if your store hides them, the drawer hides them too.
